Refund Policy

Shipping Policy for Domestic Orders 

  • Domestic orders (within India) would be processed within 2 working days and shipped through a domestic courier company with Minimum Delivery time as 1 Business Day (Local Deliveries within city only) and Maximum Delivery Time is 5 Business Days. 
  • If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders
  • Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through email.

We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

  1. RETURNS POLICY
  • We at KASHIKART.IN work hard to provide best quality of product  and amazing prices. If there is any physical damage in the product then u can return the product within 10 days of delivery.
  • To raise return request if required, Call our customer Care Team on +91-9899822220 (Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm) or email us at kashikart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery of product.

Need to return – Few points to remember

  • Returns/exchange request need to be within 15 days of the delivery of product only if return is mentioned on any particular product in product description.
  • Please mail us or call us for easy returns. Also send us pictures on whatsapp or email us about product defect if any.
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot & video clip at info@kashikart.in or kashikart@gmail.com
  • In you choose to self-ship the products; they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service like Delhivery, India Post, Bluedart, Fedex, DTDC priority etc.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to kashikart.in. In this case, an amount of Rs.100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
  • Refund options for you– The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:
  • Balance refund via bank transfer/paytm wallet/cheque into their account for all COD orders or prepaid orders via net banking/debit card/ credit card etc.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: info@kashikart.in or kashikart@gmail.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
